Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we do not accept any returns/refunds/exchanges for change of mind, wrong sizing, dislike of colours, dislike of fonts ect so please be careful when selecting Sizes, Colours and fonts.

Arthur F Designs will not be held accountable for customers spelling mistakes so please make sure you spell out your personalisation correctly.  

Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. It is the customers responsibility to care for their products and follow the care instructions. Products that have been misused, damaged, mistreated or roughly handled are not manufacturing faults therefor are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe that your product has a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible at titling the subject line with your order number and provide as detailed information as possible as well as images and/or video footage of the fault and we will work with you on fixing the problem. 

If Arthur F Designs agrees that your product is faulty the Customer is to ship the item/s back to Arthur Designs at the customers expense. The Arthur Designs Team will then closer inspect the item/s and decide whether its Wear and tear or mistreated or if it is  a manufacturing fault where we will then work together on an exchange/ refund or another outcome depending on the situation. In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
